Before we begin, let me tell you a little about why your birthday is more than just a date. Your birthday is a time of energetic renewal. During this period, the Sun returns to the same point it occupied at the moment of your birth.
This cycle is called the Solar Return (that’s why we say “Happy Birthday”) and encompasses your birthday, three days before, and three days after (meaning you could perform the ritual for six days): a portal of inner rebirth, clarity, strength, and inspiration.
When the Sun fully manifests within you, you can receive its energy and brilliance. But not from a single ray: the strength lies in the energy of the whole, which is always greater than the sum of its parts.
I recommend being fully present in the here and now. If you have a candle, light one, burn incense, or apply your essential oil.

* Invoke the guardians of your lineage and your ancestors. On the left are your maternal ancestors, and on the right are your paternal ancestors.
* Extend your arms forward.
Movement
* Read the text with intention (shared below)
* Truly feel the energy flowing into your palms
* Inhale deeply and rub your palms on your abdomen, then bring your hands to your chest and face
* Extend them again
* Repeat this three times
* Visualize yourself in a clean and protected space to receive this energetic work.
